EPDM (ethylene propylene diene terpolymer) single-ply rubber roofing is an appealing choice in the low-slope commercial roofing industry. EPDM provides immediate and long-term roofing solutions. It also has flexibility in low temperatures and thermal shock durability.

Modified Bitumens
Modified bitumen is blend of modified asphalt and impregnated felts. The asphalt is modified with plastic or rubber polymers, most commonly APP (Atactic Polypropylene) and SBS (Styrene Butadiene Strene) then reinforced with either a fiberglass or polyester mat to improve its elasticity, durability, and overall performance. Because of the added polymers, modified bitumens are often applied in a single layer with overlapping seams.
